House Attendant, Full Time
Rate of Pay: $20.48/hour

Opportunity Awaits on the beautiful Island of Hawaii... King Kamehameha Kona Beach Resort Courtyard by Marriott currently has an opening for a talented Full Time Housekeeping House Attendant to share the aloha spirit and strive to create a memorable guest experience.

Brief Summary of Job: Clean and supply assigned Hotel areas according to standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.

Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.

Daily cleaning and general upkeep of room attendant linen closets.

Provide linen supplies for Room Attendants and stock floor closets.

Pick up bed and other linen from hotel floors and transport to laundry collection site.

Deliver and retrieve miscellaneous goods and supplies to guest rooms as requested by Housekeeping supervisors.

Empty rubbish.

Move heavy furniture or equipment when needed.

Report any missing/found articles, or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.

Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

Requirements Knowledge/Education/Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar or related position.

Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements: Basic cleaning skills. Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Ability to communicate in English with guests, management and fellow team members to their understanding desirable. Dependable.
