Overview

A healthcare system in Hawaii is seeking to add another BE/BC Psychiatrist to their established team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further grow a community-focused practice. Those with additional training in Child & Adolescent are also welcome to apply. At least 5 years of previous leadership experience is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient only - 10-14 patients a day
• Senior Medical Directorship with stipend - 3 days of clinic and 2 dedicated days for medical directorship responsibilities
• $330,000+ compensation - guaranteed base salary, productivity incentives, and an annual quality incentive bonus
• Additional stipend for medical directorship responsibilities
• $20,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation bonus
• Qualify for student loan repayment - HELP, HSLRP
• Comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with 4% match, malpractice insurance coverage, CME with allowance
