The Opportunity

• Outpatient only - 10-14 patients a day
• Senior Medical Directorship available if desired with a stipend
• $330,000+ Compensation - Base Salary, Productivity Incentives, and an Annual Quality Incentive Bonus
• Additional Stipend for Medical Directorship responsibilities
• $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and up $20,000 Relocation Bonus
• Qualify for Student Loan Repayment
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health/Dental/Vision insurance, 401k with 4% match, Malpractice Insurance Coverage, CME with Allowance
