Role Overview:

The Night Stocking Associate is essential to ensuring a fantastic shopping experience for our customers. From greeting guests to organizing merchandise, you'll make a significant impact. Your responsibilities include:

• Prioritizing safety above all else and maintaining a secure shopping environment.
• Providing friendly and courteous service to customers and fellow associates.
• Assisting customers with queries and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the store presentable.
• Speeding up the delivery and presentation of new merchandise.
• Understanding and adhering to loss prevention protocols.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic mathematical abilities for register operations.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and move items over 20 pounds regularly.

The base pay range for this role is $19.00 - $19.50, influenced by experience, qualifications, and location.
