Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Benefits Representative. The Benefits Representative will be responsible for providing benefits assistance, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling insurance inquiries. Effective communication and a customer-oriented approach will be crucial in this role.

***We are currently unable to hire residents of Minnesota, Massachussets, California, or New York***

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Employee Benefits and Insurance
• Experience in conducting Training sessions
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

Compensation and Benefits:

• Paid weekly ($65K-$80K 1st year average, $80K-$175K+ 2nd year average)
