Club Concierge Agent

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Club Concierge Agent who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Club Concierge Agents have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

What You'll Do

As a Club Concierge Agent, this individual has the delight of welcoming our Members and residential guests to Hualalai. The ability to showcase what Hualalai has to offer, the drive to go above and beyond, and anticipating and adapting to the need and inquiries of our Members and residential guests will carry great weight in the success of this candidate. Handles all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves Member and residential guest complaints; assists Members in all inquiries in connection with resort services, hours of operations, key residence/resort personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residential practices.

Register and provide services as requested for Members, residential guests, and rental guests, including setting up temporary accounts, issuing guest cards, and providing orientation to the property.

Helps process packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner; stores and retrieves resident and residential guest's packages, dry cleaning, and flowers.

Ensures that collateral and information for vendors, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Is knowledgeable about what activities are available in the local vicinity (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close relationships with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, transportation, and reservations for residents and residential guests.

Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input registration and special arrangements.

Is knowledgeable about relevant Member forms, residential guest forms, and Daily Resort Guest Fees.

Works closely with the resort to ensure smooth handling of Members and residential guests' deliveries, reservations, and special requests.

Helps ensure that the Club Concierge, and other common areas are in optimal condition of cleanliness and tidiness at all times.

Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Club Management team.

Complies with all Four Seasons' guidelines, policies, and procedures.

What To Bring

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States. Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a luxury environment. Excellent communication skills. Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language; an additional language is an asset. Good computer skills with an ability to type at least 40 WPM. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the local area preferred. Weekend & Holiday availability required.
