Under general direction, the Lead Full Stack Developer has duties of instructing and checking the work of other programming personnel. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. The Lead Full Stack Developer is responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming. Responsible for quality assurance review. Acts as project leader for projects with small budgets or limited duration. Responsible for monitoring the work of team members.

Other information:Bachelors degree in related technical/business area plus 6 years of IT or business experience. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree. Expert understanding of Computer Science principals, programming languages/tools, debugging/troubleshooting techniques and Computer Operations. Expert capability to analyze information, determine software design requirements and then design, develop, test/debug and implement software components. Expert capability to document software design as well as run time /operations instructions and recovery/restart procedures

The compensation range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to experience and training, internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each offer.
Minimum Offer: USD $41.82/Hr.
Maximum Offer: USD $63.87/Hr.
