Ideal candidates will reside within the Wilson, North Carolina or Virginia areas.
The Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) role will manage and grow relationships with large, key corporate clients. Their main responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, identifying new revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking to meet revenue quotas and handle complex, long sales cycles with C-level executives.
