Required Qualifications
Phlebotomist, Laboratory Experience: 1 year Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year Must be available for five 8-hour shifts from Sunday - Saturday to cover any shift, including weekends/holidays. Must be flexible with operational needs. PLEASE MAKE SURE T IS AWARE OF PAY WITH CAR RENTAL AND HOUSING , THEY WILL BE COVERING 3 LOCATIONS AND WILL NEED A RENTAL CAR Will be required to cover the following locations on the Big Island: Will be required to cover the following locations on the Big Island: &bull
