Required Qualifications
Phlebotomist, Laboratory Experience: 1 year Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year PLEASE MAKE SURE T IS AWARE OF PAY WITH CAR RENTAL AND HOUSING , THEY WILL BE COVERING 3 LOCATIONS AND WILL NEED A RENTAL CAR Will be required to cover the following locations on the Big Island: Kona Community Hospital (79-1019 Haukapila St, Kealakekua, HI 96750) North Hawaii Community Hospital (67-1123 Mamalahoa Hwy., Suite 116, Kamuela, HI 96743) Patient Service Center (PSC) Kona (75-170 Hualalai Rd, Suite C110, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years previous phlebotomy experience. Customer service experience. Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician by American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (ASPT), (American Medical Technologist (AMT) or California State License (CPT I and CPT II) . Able to travel between business locations.
