Aledade requires a Senior Project Specialist that will play a pivotal role in leading complex projects while contributing tothe strategic objectives of the Customer Success Office (CSO). This individual will leverage their extensive experience in value-based care and project management to drive initiatives that enhance both the internal (Field Team) and external (Practice Partners) customer experience by enabling and supporting a multitude of projects. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US, with periodic travel required.

Primary Duties

  • Leadership and Strategic Guidance: Guide and coordinate across multiple teams within Aledade, and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Foster a collaborative environment to engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring all perspectives are considered for comprehensive project outcomes.
  • Project Management Excellence: Utilize the tools and processes identified, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope. Identify and mitigate risks using advanced problem?solving and decision?making skills to maintain project momentum.
  • Cross?functional Collaboration: Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a key liaison to drive communication and project deliverables. Coordinate with cross?functional teams to ensure resources are optimised and project integrations are seamless.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating project outcomes and implementing best practices for future projects. Utilize feedback loops to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 5+ years of progressive value-based care, practice operations experience, and/or risk adjustment experience.
  • Experience and thrives in a fast?paced environment.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects toward completion, coordinating and collaborating across multiple projects and teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to Aledades headquarters or markets.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Understanding and experience with Tableau, Miro, Jira, Monday.com.
  • Experience in two or more of the following lines of business: Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Commercial value?based care contracts.

Physical Requirements
  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
