Customer Return Specialist As a customer return specialist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, gas levels, and damage to our cars, and checking our cars into our computer system while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet customers, securing keys and ensuring a smooth return process. Record mileage, gas levels, and damage to our cars, and check them into our computer system. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
