Job Description

As a Project Manager / EIT, you will play a vital role in the design and execution of impactful land development projects. Under the mentorship of experienced professionals, you will contribute to all aspects of project development, from data analysis and design to report preparation and client interaction. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while making a tangible difference in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Complete site civil design, permitting, and utilize software applications such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology modeling programs, and storm drainage programs.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical specifications, cost estimates, bid packages; conduct research on local, state, and federal regulations and permitting requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation; support plan production and provide quality assurance for engineering designs.
• Receive on-the-job and formal training, mentorship, and exposure to client interactions and project financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in civil engineering.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.
• Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• High sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of land development processes and permitting is a plus.

Expected Salary

$65,000 $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes a base salary and eligibility for our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
