Field Sales Associate

About The Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to join our Peripheral Sales team specializing in venous therapy. In this role, you will sell and promote existing and new interventional products in all FDA approved areas and applications. Gore Medical Products has provided creative therapeutic solutions to complex medical problems for over 35 years, saving and improving the quality of lives worldwide. We are a leading manufacturer of peripheral interventional, peripheral vascular, endovascular and structural heart products. This role will cover the territory of Los Angeles, including Southern California; the candidate must reside in Los Angeles, California or surrounding areas. The position is remote and you can work from home in most locations in Los Angeles, California or surrounding areas.

Pay and Benefits

  • $200,000 - $250,000 per year
  • Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships
  • Sell new technologies
  • Assist with market development
  • Analyze customer needs
  • Work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team of sales associates within your region
  • Comply with internal and external practices and procedures
  • Provide superior customer service

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience selling and/or clinical support of implantable medical devices in venous therapy procedures (e.g., treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis, Deep Venous Stenting, and/or IVUS imaging)
  • Prior experience developing relationships and supporting clinicians and doctors within vascular, endovascular, interventional cardiology, and interventional radiology disciplines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to be a team player
  • Demonstrated technical selling skills, with the capacity to quickly learn new products and markets
  • Strong clinical & technical skills, including the ability to understand interventional procedures and terminology
  • Effective organizational management and planning skills
  • Effective time management
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Ability to perform the responsibilities at customer locations, meeting vendor credentialing and hospital access requirements, including proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 30% and must reside in Los Angeles, CA or surrounding areas

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Interventional cardiac, endovascular, interventional radiology and/or Surgical vascular sales experience
  • Prior experience selling wire and catheter-based products
