As a Remote Customer Service Advisor, youll assist customers who have questions regarding their recent purchases. Duties include helping track orders, addressing concerns about order status and returns, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries about recent purchases.
• Assist with tracking numbers, order statuses, and returns.
• Resolve issues efficiently using problem?solving skills.

Application Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Minimum six months in a customer service role.
