What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies to expand solution adoption within existing utility customers
• Leverage data from Salesforce and other systems to drive account?based sales strategies and identify new opportunities
• Prepare meeting materials and documentation for customer engagements, both onsite and virtual
• Support customer?facing events and conferences to enhance relationships with customers and partners
• Stay updated on industry trends and product capabilities to effectively position integrated solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
• Foundational understanding of utility operations and meter?to?cash processes
• Experience in cross?selling and upselling within existing accounts
• Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools for opportunity management and forecasting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and interest in leveraging AI for sales automation and operational efficiency
• Experience collaborating with cross?functional teams and external partners to develop joint proposals
