Description:

This crucial position plays a key role in the success of our retail stores. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer questions about our products, and provide tailored solutions. You are expected to address any customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction while staying informed about product features and maintaining high-quality standards in the store.

Your role includes achieving excellent customer service and contributing to the store's sales objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
  • Assisting customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
  • Building trusted relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Maintaining detailed work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieving appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
  • Stocking shelves and organizing displays.
  • Keeping store equipment clean.
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Assisting with deliveries as needed.
  • Maintaining stock in presentable condition in assigned areas.
  • Staying knowledgeable about the products offered and discussing options with customers.
  • Following inventory control procedures.
  • Identifying ways to enhance sales.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for a work visa.
  • Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Experience selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish.
