Pool And Beach Attendant

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Pool and Beach Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Pool and Beach Attendants have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

What You'll Do:

• Engage guest by proactively greeting them and offering a choice of seating
• Assist guests that are requesting chair service with a chase lounge cover and pool towel
• Inform guests of pool policies, specific pool features, and location of restrooms.
• Provide guests with complimentary water
• Ascertain guest name, room number and update guest information in our binders and Ipads.
• Ensure every interaction is a Forbes 5 Star experience. Learn and maintain our Pool and Beach 38 Forbes standards.
• Continuously refill glassware with ice water throughout the day
• Clear finished acrylic glassware from tables and buss back to the correct kitchen throughout the day.
• Clear soiled towels from the entire pool area
• Replenish chase lounge covers and towels at laundry
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

What To Bring:

• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
• Weekend & Holiday availability required
