Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Valet Key Attendant/Cashier. Hawaii Island's only 62-acre Hawaiian paradise with 3 one of a kind outdoor swimming pools. If you have the drive and passion for providing memorable experiences for guests, this is the position for you!

Shift Pattern: MID PM - 5 shifts per week: 2pm - 10pm
Pay Scale: $22.73 - $25.25
Temporary employment: *Anticipated end date - January 2026 (date varies)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to handle various methods of payment.
- 1 year customer service experience.

What will I be doing?
As a Valet Parking Cashier, you would be responsible for greeting guests and processing all parking transactions and associated fees in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greeting and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Total, process and collect payments from guests and all parking transactions to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, managing a bank, reporting discrepancies, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards, vouchers and credits.
- Operate and manage the parking booth area.
- Maintain accurate records of parking-related charges and fees including, but not limited to parking rates, validations, accrued parking time, vehicles in the hotel's care, etc.
- Manage the flow of traffic, as needed.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
