By enabling these, the CCSP team helps customer and partner growth and in turn drives VMware revenue growth.As a Product Manager in CCSP, you will be driving major initiatives which are the at the center of SaaS transformation at VMware. You will get in at the ground floor with an opportunity to define the product direction and strategy. You will need to gain a good understanding of the business strategy and needs, define roadmap, develop scenarios and requirements, and work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to drive engineering execution.If you are customer obsessed and passionate about using your creative and technical skills to build great product to solve business problems, this job is for you!**Success in the role: what are the performance goals over the 6-12 months you will work toward completing?**Define the north-star experience and capabilities needed for an industry leading commerce experience for customers and partners.+ Within 30 days of employment, you will endeavor to analyze, understand the business and technical problems that will help shape the forward-looking experience for customer and partners and start creating user-stories+ Within 90 days of employment, you will be defining the feature roadmap, mastering user stories and building strong relationships with customers/partners, engineering and all the stakeholders involved+ Within 180 days of employment, you will be in a strong place to commence planning and strategizing for the following quarter for your feature area, adopting customer feedback and streamlining processes wherever needed+ Within 360 days you would find yourself in a position to influence and drive multiple teams toward a common vision and strategy**What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?**Your regular activities may be modified to suit your professional strengths, but you can expect a variety of the following assignments. You will:+ Lead and own product strategy, roadmap definition for your area and work closely with VMware customers and partners, business, and internal partner teams to ascertain their needs and convert them into compelling e2e user-stories+ Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to create engineering requirements to meet the user-stories, and drive the execution of the user-stories across engineering orgs+ Define and measure the success of new capabilities in market, and bring in customer feedback to constantly improve the product and drive growth in KPIs+ Be the voice of reason when collaborating with engineering teams through the product execution phases, application development and agile software development process+ Influence and drive multiple teams toward a common vision and strategy+ Model and drive an inclusive culture and allyship**What does leadership look like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?**You will report to the Product Management Manager for CCSP overseeing various aspects of the customer and partner experiences and commerce capabilities for private and public cloud.
