This global, virtual network is supported with all the necessary resources and technology to foster collaboration and ensure both client and employee satisfaction.**As part of Transformation, you will be responsible for:**+ Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally and within clients.+ Setting, communicating and managing to appropriate deadlines.+ Collecting detailed knowledge transfer on client recruitment processes and related systems.+ Creating and updating documentation on process flows for operational teams.+ Conducting training for operational teams.+ Collaborating with other internal departments to ensure overall success of projects (Client Solutions, Data & Analytics, etc.).+ Conducting continuous improvement workshops (internally and externally), root cause analyses and time and motion studies, as needed, to improve team operations.+ Identifying innovation opportunities and collaborating with leadership and account teams to implement.+ Mentoring, coaching and training team members on new or existing processes to ensure compliance and best practice adherence.+ Partnering with internal leadership to ensure the account team is stabilized for effective day-to-day operations.**Ideally, you will:**+ Possess 3+ years' experience with recruitment process implementation experience, preferably in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing environment+ Understand different project management tools and techniques as well as continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma+ Demonstrate conflict management, good judgement, and diplomacy skills+ Possess excellent project and budget management skills+ Possess problem solving ability and critical thinking skills+ Familiarity with EEOC and OFCCP compliance+ Demonstrate excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint—or similar office suite); experience with Microsoft Visio strongly preferred.+ Hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree.
