Join Our Community of Food People!Reporting to the Director of Business Solutions, the National Field Manager, Menu Solutions, is responsible for the successful deployment, and growth of Menu Solutions as well as key Business Solutions, in the Healthcare/Senior Living segment. The National Field Manager builds strategies and executes tactics to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets while increasing customer adoption of US Foods' industry-leading technology and driving results through collaboration and the consultative efforts of the Field Menu Specialist.New Ways of Work:The National Field Manager, Menu Solutions position has been segmented as Remote Anywhere meaning the work is completed 100% remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.+ Support development and execution of US Foods VITALS platform; develop and execute operational consultancy platform supported by Field Menu Specialists.+ Collaborate with industry partners to build a sustainable, impactful presence in the Healthcare/Senior Living industry.+ Develop goals and strategic initiatives in conjunction with Menu Solutions Manager, to impact US Foods' key results and healthcare growth targets; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment (IT, Legal, Finance, Marketing & others); monitor, analyze & report ongoing results.+ Execute plays and develop standards of practice to ensure a consistent go-to-market strategy for Field Menu Specialists in the Healthcare/Senior Living segment; build ongoing training for sellers relative to Menu & Business Solutions tools.+ Continuously analyze impact of Menu Solutions adoption on customer performance, including cases, sales, Exclusive Brands adoption, and GPO utilization; identify trends and communicate results.+ Ensure the continued adoption and penetration of Menu Solutions across more than $900 million of existing Senior Living opportunity; ensure continued support of over $325 million in purchases with existing Menu Solutions customers; actively participate in sales process to grow the Healthcare/Senior Living customer base.+ Support Field Menu Specialists with key customer engagements; encourage & enable continuous feedback from customers & associates to inform continuous improvement opportunities.+ Actively communicate with key stakeholders including Manager, Menu Solutions, Director of Business Solutions, VP Healthcare, Business Solutions Specialists, Sellers & Business Development, Field Leadership, Corporate Leadership (SLT/ELT; GPO teams) to elevate the Menu & Business Solutions brands.+ Assess Field Menu Specialist skill sets and implement plans for development and growth within the organization.**SUPERVISION** (5 associates)(5) direct reports – Field Menu Specialists (Senior Dietitians)**QUALIFICATIONS****Education & Related Professional Experience:**+ Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred+ Registered Dietitian preferred+ Minimum 8 years relevant experience+ Minimum 3 years' in supervisory/management role required+ Successfully implemented cost-savings initiatives and/or completed launch of new customer-facing tool(s)+ Healthcare foodservice operations experience required+ Senior Living/cycle menu planning & nutrient analysis experience preferred**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:**+ Knowledge of healthcare foodservice operational P & L+ Ability to serve as Subject Matter Expert relative to Menu & Business Solutions offerings+ Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)+ Experience planning & leading strategic initiatives to completion and implementation+ Continuous Improvement mindset+ Excellent verbal & written communication skills+ Influential leader with strong emotional intelligence+ Experience presenting, positioning, and selling Value Added Solutions to the healthcare/Senior Living segmentRegistered Dietitian with strong leadership skills; ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks; management experience; analytical, creative planning and organization skills; knowledge of multiple 3rd party menu planning technology platforms; engaging customers to present operational recommendations and progress.**Travel Requirements:** up to 25%Budgeted Max salary range may either be listed):The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Pay Equity Act. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $104,500.00 and $139,400.00.
