Design, build, and manage Windows-based environments in hybrid cloud (public/private) and on-premises infrastructures.
Lead the technical aspects of project initiatives, partnering with internal technology groups and project managers to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
Provide hands-on support and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
Provision services, monitor, upgrade virtual resources and software, and handle configuration management.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and ITIL standards for daily operations, incidents, and problem resolutions.
Evaluate, install, monitor, and maintain application backups, system health, and performance metrics.
Resolve complex Windows system issues by applying innovative solutions and industry best practices.

Develop and maintain strong technical documentation and provide excellent customer service.
Support peripheral services and layered software associated with Windows systems.
Deliver off-hours and rotational shift support as needed.
Skill Requirements:
8 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Systems Administration in enterprise environments.
Expertise in Windows operating systems and environments, including solution architecture and design.
