Set the course Partner with the General Manager, ensuring both BOH and FOH delivers exceptional services experience and all appropriately reflects the Tommy Bahama lifestyle through brand execution, visually and experientially. Build the perfect oasis Facilitate implementation of company learning/training programs, follow-up and monitor performance to ensure transfer of learned skills on-the-job. Support your crew In partnership with the Restaurant Manager(s), assist employees with career development strategies to improve employee retention and build bench strength. Proactive in Paradise Partner with Retail General Manager, Executive Chef and Bar Manager on all expenses that are shared with restaurants.
