What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide learning consulting services to identify development needs and create effective training solutions
• Oversee multiple learning projects, managing relationships and ensuring adherence to project milestones

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and metrics to track learning program effectiveness
• Design engaging learning solutions using various methodologies that align with identified learning objectives
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve desired work results

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in employee training, adult learning/instructional design, and project/stakeholder management
• At least 2 years of experience in training or performance analysis
• 2 years of experience in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Learning Consultation, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in Project Management/Stakeholder Management
• Proficiency in tools such as Articulate 360 suite and Microsoft Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• 2 years of experience working in a global learning environment
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Learning Management Systems
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
