Role Overview

As a key member of the Sunrun retail team, you'll be the face of our brand in partner retail stores, significantly influencing potential customers. Your effectiveness will be reflected in your ability to build relationships, inspire enthusiasm for our solar products, and educate potential customers about renewable energy and storage solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively schedule appointments to help grow our customer base. The success of this role relies on your ability to positively impact everyone you engage with.

Potential Earnings: Compensation can vary between $45,000 to $60,000 annually, based on location and personal achievements, with top performers earning over $160,000 per year.

Qualifications for Success:

  • This role requires strong communication skills, a readiness to learn, self-motivation, and a genuine enthusiasm for our mission.
  • A flexible retail schedule is essential, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays, to maximize your sales success and earning potential.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for managing a multi-store territory within a 15-30 mile radius.
  • Physical requirements include standing and being mobile for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 pounds in a retail environment.
