As a Web Content Coordinator, you are a technical support for Antiochs internal and external websites and content management system. You will be responsible for completing help desk tickets and other web requests, and the maintenance and hygiene of the CMS. You will be a primary resource reliable for top-tier web pages, content publishing, and assisting stakeholders with content updates and strategy, including updating program and department information and faculty directory profiles.
In this role, you will collaborate to implement structural/technical edits and publish content using best practices (meeting minimum ADA compliance/WCAG 2.1 AA standards, adhering to clean coding, clear naming conventions, and following brand guidelines). Your work also includes providing exemplary customer service and completing tasks requested by email, phone, or helpdesk ticket. In conjunction with the marketing team, you will also participate in various web and content projects as needed.
This position is remote and will require reliable, high-speed internet access and a quiet workspace; the typical work week is Monday through Friday, at no more than 29 hours per week. A formal work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor.
