What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead strategic opportunity analytics to identify new market entry points and growth initiatives
Oversee development of sales performance dashboards and reporting tools for visibility into pipeline health
Serve as the main contact for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to deliver cohesive enablement solutions
Drive the annual business planning process in partnership with market General Managers
Standardize sales processes and messaging across all segments for clarity and consistency
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, communications, or related field; High school diploma or GED required
12 years of work experience in sales, sales enablement, consulting, and/or account management, including 2 years with PBM or managed care organizations
8 years of leadership/people management experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Strong knowledge and understanding of sales strategies in a corporate environment
