As a Planning Project Coordinator, candidates will play a pivotal role in leading the FSO Product Library (Jigsaw), managing the FSO Hub (internal website), and coordinating key organizational projects.
This position supports the global mission to deliver an effective organizational roadmap and business planresourced for high-priority initiatives and clearly communicated across audiences.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the FSO Product Library (Jigsaw) by creating a visual assembly of FSO products and operations Product Briefs.
Develop performance illustrations using Airtable.
Incorporate shared services that support FSO operations.
Utilize project management tools to build and maintain the visual assembly.
Ensure the visual assembly integrates with the end-to-end risk traceability system.
Oversee and maintain the FSO Hub internal website, ensuring it serves as a centralized data-sharing platform across departments.
Lead multimedia production of team recognitions, producing engaging videos and graphics to celebrate achievements and foster collaboration.
Support continuous and annual planning activities to ensure the effective delivery of organizational roadmaps.
Manage and triage continuous planning intakes generated throughout the year.
Skills
35 years of professional experience.
Strong understanding and application of project management principles.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, Confluence, and Jira.
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), including automation formulas.
Experience with multimedia and video editing software.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, managing communications with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Gmail, and Zoom.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a focus on project success.
Qualification and Education
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Risk Management) or equivalent experience.
