The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Turndown Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Turndown Attendants have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
Earn a $1000 gross sign-on bonus, paid after successfully completing your 90-day probationary period and probationary reviewstart strong and be rewarded for your success! Please note: Internal applicants within the Four Seasons Resort are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
Have a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
Calls for Room Service trays and dishes pick up. Closes louvers, reduces lighting, providing ice and refreshing water.
Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
Provide a second Housekeeping service to guests in the evening hours; refreshing used towels and amenities, cleaning the bathroom, emptying trash, remaking bed (if needed); preparing room for "bedtime".

High School Diploma preferred
Ability to read, write and speak English, working knowledge of iPod Touch device or similar hardware and applications
