Payroll Coordinator
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for handling all aspects of payroll processing. This role acts as a liaison between Human Resources and Accounting to ensure all payroll functions for the company are carried out in a timely manner to ensure compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of biweekly and off-cycle payrolls for three US entities, which includes calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime
  • Thoroughly review and confirm timesheets to ensure precision and adherence to company policies and legal obligations
  • Correspond with payroll processing companies for monthly payroll processing for UK and Singapore entities
  • Maintain payroll documents for processing and auditing needs
  • Research and implement payroll tax requirements as needed
  • Act as a point of contact for employees to address payroll-related questions and concerns
  • Provide support in the completion of payroll related audits
  • Collaborate with Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payment of payroll taxes
  • Process benefit reconciliations and PTO balance calculations

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
  • Proven expertise with Excel; experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
