Identify required resources; research project data, procedures, and history for a thorough understanding of project direction.
Generate and analyze statistical data reports.
Develop, prepare, and manage project plans through completion.
Communicate activity progress to involved parties.
Resolve issues that arise involving stakeholders, when appropriate.
Transition programs to management personnel.
Participate in oral presentations.
Develop and provide training as needed.
Ensure required release materials are completed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Administer company personnel policies in all areas and follow company staffing standards and training recommendations.
Interview, hire, and establish colleague performance development plans.
Conduct colleague performance discussions.
Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance.
Additional Functions and Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned.

Travel as required.
Qualifications
Education And Licensing
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred.
Computer Sciences courses preferred.
Experience
Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Two (2) years of general business experience with emphasis on data analysis or planning.
Skills And Knowledge
Knowledge of related field procedures or insurance-related procedures and/or managed care systems and operations.
Strong project management knowledge.
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.
Work Environment
