We are seeking an experienced

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster to handle moderate to complex auto liability and property damage claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines claims, with excellent investigation, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Compensation

• $60,000 - $70,000/year

• 3+ years of progressive claims experience, with a strong focus on Commercial Auto.
• Strong knowledge of auto liability, bodily injury, and property damage claims
• Experience managing claims from first notice of loss through resolution
• Familiarity with claim management systems (e.g., Guidewire, Xactimate, etc.)
• Adjusters license in TX, FL, or GA required (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment
  
  

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial auto claims including bodily injury, property damage, and liability exposures
• Determine coverage, liability, and damages through thorough investigations
• Maintain accurate and timely claim files in accordance with company procedures and best practices
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties
• Work with repair facilities, medical providers, and other third-party vendors to support claim resolution
• Negotiate settlements in accordance with company guidelines and applicable state regulations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
