We are hiring a Welder to perform welding and metal fabrication tasks. You will work on different types of metal projects, ensuring quality work and following safety rules.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding using common methods like MIG, TIG, and Stick.
Work with different metals such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Read and understand basic drawings or instructions to complete projects.
Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning them before welding.
Use and maintain welding equipment and basic hand tools.
Check your own work to make sure it meets quality standards.
Follow all company safety rules and keep your work area clean.
Help with repairs and other tasks as needed.
Work well with others on the team.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience () as a Welder 2+ years
Able to perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
Ability to read basic blueprints or job instructions.
Understand and follow safety procedures.
Good work ethic and attention to detail.
Valid Driver's License.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Demands:
Able to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
Able to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for long periods.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Comfortable working in shop and outdoor environments, which can be hot.
Must wear safety gear (welding helmet, gloves, etc.).
