Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in Washington

Job Summary
We're hiring licensed therapists across Washington to provide virtual mental health care. This role gives you the flexibility to work from home while still making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families. As part of our telehealth team, you'll deliver evidence-based therapy, support client progress, and collaborate with other professionals—all within a structured weekday schedule.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Annual Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
• Full benefits package

Responsibilities

• Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions for adults, couples, and families
• Create personalized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Track client progress and adjust strategies when needed
• Collaborate virtually with care teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with standards

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Washington license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and online documentation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
