RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in need of a Remote AI Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Design agents to connect with Microsoft Fabric Data Lake and access structured data from systems like Infor M3, Salesforce, Anaplan, Uncountable, and Freshworks
• Process unstructured content from SharePoint, file systems, and document repositories
• Build unified pipelines that merge structured and unstructured data sources
• Implement hybrid search using RAG with FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, and ChromaDB
• Enable natural language queries across lakehouse tables and external documents
• Develop AI agents using GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, and Cohere via LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and CrewAI
• Apply model routing and fallback strategies across AI providers
• Deploy scalable solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, AI/ML, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with enterprise data integration
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, or similar platforms
• Advanced Python (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers)
• Strong SQL/KQL skills for data analysis
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
• RAG system design and implementation
• Multi-LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cohere)
• Prompt engineering and AI agent orchestration
• Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint, and REST API integration
• Full-stack development (React/Angular, FastAPI/Node.js)
• Cloud (Azure preferred), Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and lakehouse architecture
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
