Job Description - Must have State Client exp - with Local to CA Senior IT Project Manager 100% Remote US Citizen or Green Card POP : 1 year + four 1-year extensions Projected Start Date : 11 / 1 / 2025

Minimum Qualifications

MQ1a. Bachelor degree from a recognized college or university. Must provide copy of diploma. MQ1b. Master or Doctorate degree from a recognized college or university. Must provide copy(ies) of diploma(s). MQ2. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Must provide copy of certificate. MQ3a. 5 years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible Project Manager project experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools on IT projects. 3 years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. MQ3b. 7 or more years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. 5 years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects. MQ4a. 2 years of experience providing diverse technical and management services to government agencies. MQ4b. 4 or more years of experience providing diverse technical and management services to government agencies. MQ5a. 3 years of team building, knowledge transfer, and / or mentoring experience. MQ5b. 5 or more years of team building, knowledge transfer, and / or mentoring experience. MQ6a. 3 years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings. MQ6b. 5 or more years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings. MQ7a. 2 years experience in the following :

• Schedule management and Microsoft (MS) Project
• Risk and issue management
• Stakeholder management
• Scope and change management
• Business process review and gap analysis
• Consulting experience for a project worth at least $2M

MQ7b. 4 or more years experience in the following :

• Schedule management and Microsoft (MS) Project
• Risk and issue management
• Stakeholder management
• Scope and change management
• Business process review and gap analysis
• Consulting experience for a project worth at least $2M
