Compensation: $35$60/hour (based on experience)

What You Will Do

• Deliver Field Installations with Excellence
  
  Install solar PV and battery systems, including panels, inverters, and wiring.


• Lay underground conduit, install pull boxes, and pull wire across job sites.


• Perform low-voltage SCADA system wiring and installation for data monitoring.

• Maintain Electrical Systems with Precision
  
  Build pedestal/strut walls for mounting electrical gear and control systems.


• Install residential and commercial electrical panels, fixtures, and lighting.


• Execute landscape lighting and low-voltage installations with care.

• Support Safe, Effective Operations
  
  Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with accuracy and urgency.


• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.


• Maintain equipment and adhere to job site safety protocols at all times.

What You Bring

• 23 years of electrical field experience, including some exposure to solar installation.


• Electrical Journeyman license preferred (but not required).


• General electrical knowledge and ability to read single-line diagrams and plans.


• Skilled in using hand tools and operating mechanical equipment.


• Physically able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work in outdoor conditions, including on rooftops and in full sun.


• Must have your own tools and a personal vehicle capable of hauling 10 conduit and strut.


• Clean driving record and valid drivers license preferred.


• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
