Qualifications
- A masters degree or doctorate degree in a business-related discipline is required. Foreign equivalent degree from a nationally accredited institution accepted.
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the process of starting and operating a new venture. Preference will be given to those who have entrepreneurial experience involving the BYU-Hawaii target area of Oceania and the Asian rim.

Responsibilities
- Teach approximately 30 semester credit hours per year over three semesters in some (but not all) of the following subject areas:
- Leadership and the Gospel of Jesus Christ
- New Venture Finance
- New Venture Marketing
- New Venture Management
- Personal Finance
- Social Entrepreneurship
- New Venture Creation
- Set a strong example of Christlike behavior and ensure interactions with students reinforce the teachings of Jesus Christ and His prophets.
- Scholarship, creative endeavor, ongoing professional development, and university service are required.
- BYUHawaiis primary focus is undergraduate learning and teaching. The individual should be fully committed to student learning.
