Food Service Director (Chef) — Full Time

Hours vary. Starting salary is $60,000 per year; negotiable with prior experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the dining experience.
• Develop creative menus through coordination with a registered dietician, consultants, and food service vendors.
• Manage equipment maintenance, food safety and quality, and proper sanitation.
• Monitor food inventory and supervise and train kitchen personnel and dining staff.
• Conduct daily walk-through assessments and make corrections to assure quality control and efficient day-to-day operations.
