Head Of Facilities Management Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of a fundamental operational pillar in our national school launch initiative. Execute with precision, speed, and scalability. You will be matched with the most suitable domain based on your expertise and will have full autonomy to shape and drive your area of responsibility.

Basic Requirements

Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence across multiple verticals. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Minimum 3-year tenure at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG), with exceptional strategic acumen
• Demonstrated success leading complex operations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Expertise in at least one area: regulatory compliance, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations
• Strong analytical capabilities with autonomous execution skills
• Valid U.S. work authorization and ability to travel approximately one week per month
• Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency

Working with Us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
