Position: Regional VP of Practice Operations

The Regional VP of Practice Operations is responsible for all facets of practice operations and strategic business development of the portfolio of medical practices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing daily practice operations, staffing, marketing, and financial analysis.
2. Collaborating with managers and corporate leadership to evaluate, modify, and develop business processes to enhance profitability and improve daily operations.
3. Driving strategic growth initiatives in partnership with regional and practice leadership.
4. Planning and executing ongoing strategic initiatives and practice planning.
5. Partnering with the business integration team to onboard new practices, grow existing ones, and expand service lines.
6. Supporting marketing efforts to ensure market presence and increase patient volume.
7. Monitoring practice performance and reviewing monthly financials.
8. Working with the CFO on budgeting processes.
9. Evaluating practice productivity and recommending improvements.
10. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Strong background in financial management, including proformas, contracting, and business development.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with physicians, healthcare professionals, and hospital partners.

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-time, Remote, with up to 50% travel required. Must reside in NY, NJ, or VT.

Experience: 7+ years in Medical Practice Management (private practice).

Education: Bachelors Degree required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
