Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Lead to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency. As a leader in the insurance industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients and creating a positive work environment for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets with continuous Allstate Insurance Experience. Base + Commission: 3-5% on monthly P&C Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Must have 1-5+ years of continuous Insurance Experience (mandatory requirement)
  • Cold calling/outbound calls
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and objectives as established by Owner
  • Report to Agency Owner and work with team members to establish Sales goals
  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
  • Maintain Agency Retention Numbers
  • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
  • Write, develop, implement, and train effective sales strategies and plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to Owner and Sales Staff
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Lead or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or years in experience
  • Knowledge of [industry/sector] is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
