As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong community relationships. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase customer understanding of insurance's value and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
  • Identify and qualify sales leads from various sources
  • Help protect customers by offering suitable Allstate products
  • Serve your community by helping them prepare for lifes uncertainties
  • Educate prospective customers on protecting their families and assets
  • Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
  • Strong interest in a sales career sales experience preferred
  • Must have an insurance license
  • Confident, motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
