L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is seeking a Marketing Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our franchisees. You'll guide new owners through marketing setup and grand openings, deliver clear campaign communications, and make sure every location has the tools to succeed. This role connects corporate marketing strategy with local store execution to strengthen our brand and community presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisee marketing inquiries.
• Lead franchisee marketing onboarding and support grand openings.
• Draft and send campaign updates and franchisee communications.
• Maintain and update franchisee marketing platforms (e.g., Hui Hub).
• Run trainings on tools, campaigns, and the L&L mobile app.
• Track participation and share best practices across the network.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • 5+ years in marketing coordination, franchise support, or customer success.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing digital platforms or intranet content.
  • Solutions-focused, customer-service mindset.
• Preferred:
  • Experience in franchise, retail, hospitality, or foodservice.
  • Campaign execution and local marketing know-how.
  • Comfort leading training sessions (virtual and in-person).
