Job Summary/Responsibilities

Manages and supervises the day-to-day administration, management, coordination and integration of services, programs, and activities of all diagnostic imaging, including the hospital and physician office building. Ensures programs, services and activities support strategic plans, and the goals and objectives of Queen's North Hawaii Community Hospital (QNHCH). Ensures operations and functions are in compliance with regulatory requirements and the policies and procedures of the Hospital. Collaborates and coordinates functions, services and operations to ensure alignment with Imaging Services at QNHCH.

Typical Physical Demands:

• Seeing, hearing, speaking.
• Frequent: sitting, standing, walking, finger dexterity, reaching at shoulder level, repetitive arm/hand motions, static gripping of an object for prolonged periods, and frequent gripping of an object.
• Occasional: stooping/bending, climbing stairs, walking on uneven ground, squatting, twisting body, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying usual weight of 5 pounds up to 10 pounds, reaching above and below shoulder level.

Typical Working Conditions:

Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Certification and Licensure:

• Current Hawaii State license as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Five (5) years clinical experience in imaging modalities, preferably in a comparable facility.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare (e.g. responsibilities for major project(s)).
