Position Summary

Certus Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced individual in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Admissions to join our Centralized Intake Team in a remote role. This opportunity will be remote but may require onsite training at our corporate office in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. This position is currently a Part Time opportunity on week nights, Monday through Friday from 5pm to 9pm. This position will focus on the intake of admissions and the financial authorization side of admissions. Prior experience with insurance, insurance verification or business office responsibilities will be a great fit for this position. This is an hourly position with a starting negotiable pay of $16 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Handle centralized intake for admissions remotely, with potential onsite training as needed.
• Focus on the intake of admissions and the financial authorization side of admissions.
• Utilize prior experience with insurance, insurance verification, or business office responsibilities to support admissions processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Admissions.
• Knowledge of insurance verification or business office responsibilities is a plus.

Position Details

Part Time, weeknights from 5pm to 9pm, remote role with possible onsite training at the corporate office in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Hourly pay starting at $16 per hour.
