Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders to understand marketing initiatives and coordinate data strategy for key audiences.
Develop, build and prepare less complex omni-channel campaigns within the Campaign Management tool; ensuring on time, on budget and tactical objectives are met.
Review creative execution to ensure product adheres to Prime and client brand guidelines, and that strategic direction is on target.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Analyze campaign list segment selection and support post campaign analysis on campaign effectiveness.
Assess system capabilities and workflow improvement specific to outside vendors within campaign management systems.
Participate in the development of use cases, test case scenarios and test scripts; review test results to determine new segmenting and query possibilities.
Proof material copy to targeted audiences via various tactics.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required.
2 years of work experience in marketing.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Data-driven mindset.
Strong attention to detail and process.
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple projects at one time.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience or experience working with medical claims, pharmacy claims, healthcare and/or benefits data.
Campaign management software experience (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, IBM Campaign/Unica, etc.).
Proficient in Excel.

Potential pay for this position ranges from $59,000.00 - $94,000.00 based on experience and skills.
