Senior Project Manager (Hybrid/Remote)

Indianapolis, IN, USA | Variable Hour - PT VAA is seeking a variable hour (work as needed) Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the successful execution of multiple assigned projects by delivering high quality and technically sound solutions on schedule and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will take a primary role in client relations and will manage all staff required to successfully complete deliver proposals and projects to clients. Your role:

• Maintain discipline-specific project scope, schedules and budgets for large multi-discipline, complex projects and coordinate with all disciplines for successful project delivery for multiple projects and clients in accordance with project contracts.
• Assist partners to identify, evaluate, develop and sustain targeted clients in key market sectors.
• Review all construction documents for coordination with VAA disciplines and all outside entities including client, existing construction, survey information, and vendor drawings.
• Responsible for all project billings and collection of receivables; identify and prepare requests for additional services.
• Research, understand and manage client expectations to meet project scope and criteria.
• Schedule project team; assign work tasks and track assigned project workflow and quality for all VAA disciplines involved in your projects.
• Organize and facilitate internal and external coordination meetings (clients, equipment suppliers).
• Communicate with clients/contractors regarding RFI's and field questions.
• Perform site visits during design phase to observe existing conditions and identify engineering and coordination issues.

Your resume must include:

• Certificate in construction related design/drafting or construction management or related field and 20 years of relevant experience. In lieu of certificate at least 21 years of directly related experience required.
