Litigation Attorney Warranty Defense | Southern California (Remote/Hybrid Option Available)

Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join its dynamic team focused on defending leading automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty litigation. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established team within a full-service firm that offers long-term career growth, competitive compensation, and robust support infrastructure.

Key Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Strong litigation background with hands-on experience in trial or arbitration preparation, motion practice, depositions, and mediations
• Excellent research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-driven
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Warranty experience is not required. The firm welcomes litigators with a strong foundation and an interest in specialized industry work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $150,000 $200,000 (DOE)
• Discretionary annual bonus
